Sales Coordinator Relationship Management

Our multi-brand and omni-channel approach includes our own insurance carrier, insurance brands, and partner brands.

PetPartners, a subsidiary of IPH, is an ensemble of seasoned industry experts who are working to strip away all the complexities that don't add real value to pet insurance coverage.

Job Summary : The Sales Coordinator Relationship Management will support the Employee Benefits Relationship Management team, delivering their expertise with high attention to detail and exceptional communication skills. Ideal candidates for this role will have a self-starter mindset, enabling them to effectively contribute to growth across several brands offering pet insurance as part of the Independence Pet Group's employee benefits portfolio.

Job Location : Remote

Primary Responsibilities :

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for existing accounts using Zoho CRM.
  • Assist in the creation of marketing deliverables, reports, presentations, and other sales-related documentation using Digital Asset Management system.
  • Manage onboarding of new direct bill clients
  • Manage client engagement event support
  • Support group renewals and retention
  • Occasionally host webinars with clients

Knowledge & Skills :

  • A sense of urgency to meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality deliverables.
  • Ability to switch gears quickly in a high-volume, task-oriented environment without compromising accuracy.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, excellent follow-through skills, and the ability to work independently.
  • Strong collaboration skills to work seamlessly with team members across departments.
  • Commitment to maintaining up-to-date knowledge about several IPG brands.

    • Required Education & Experience :

  • Proficiency with PC-based tools, including CRM, Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business related discipline or related field preferred or equivalent work experience of 2 years.
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Possession of a Property & Casualty License or the ability to obtain one within 45 days of hire.
