Practice Highlights

• The schedule is Monday-Friday but most providers work 9 days in two-week schedule
• The provider will see pediatric through geriatric patients
• Perform medical examinations and evaluations, diagnosis, treatment, follow-up, consultation, and health education

• Must have 1+ years of experience as a family medicine nurse practitioner treating all ages
• Bilingual in Spanish and English a plus
