Job Title : Security Guard (Armed & Unarmed)

Location : Miami, FL

Employment Type : Full-Time / Part-Time

Reports To : Security Supervisor

Job Summary :

ALL IN ONE Employment is seeking reliable and professional Security Guards to protect people, property, and assets. Positions are available for both armed and unarmed roles. Security Guards will monitor premises, enforce rules and regulations, respond to incidents, and provide a safe and secure environment for clients, employees, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities :

Patrol and monitor assigned areas to prevent and detect signs of intrusion, theft, or vandalism.

Enforce company policies, safety regulations, and access control procedures.

Respond promptly and effectively to alarms, emergencies, and incidents.

Conduct regular inspections of facilities, equipment, and access points.

Prepare detailed reports on incidents, observations, and daily activities.

Maintain a visible and professional presence to deter unlawful activity.

Provide assistance and directions to employees, visitors, and clients as needed.

For armed guards : Carry and responsibly use firearms in accordance with company policy, state laws, and training.

Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent.

Security guard license or certification

TWIC certification or other specialized credentials (if applicable).

Proven experience in security, law enforcement, or related field preferred.

Strong observational and decision-making skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.

For armed positions : Must meet state and federal requirements for carrying firearms; prior firearms training required.

Physical Requirements :

Ability to stand or walk for extended periods.

Capable of responding to emergencies quickly and safely.
