Here at AmeriGuard Security, we are looking for Armed and Unarmed Security Officers. This position is responsible for deterring criminal activity by adhering to a facility's security measures. Their duties include reviewing video surveillance equipment to identify odd behaviors, patrolling the interior and exterior of a property in set intervals, and only providing property access to authorized individuals.

We are seeking candidates who are ready to embark on a career in Security. Our Security Officers are motivated, with a passion for protecting our team members, clients, and assets. Below is the different position we are looking for. If you are ready to take on the challenge, we are ready to talk.

To be successful as a security guard, you must be alert and professional. A good security guard is aware of all visitors to the property and ensures that no inappropriate actions take place.

These are part-time positions. Schedule below. You can pick up other shifts if desired. Any shift listed may require the need to drive a company vehicle.

Shift 1 :

26 hours with opportunity for more.

Monday : 0000-0600

Wednesday : Off

Thursday : Off

Friday : Off

Saturday : 0000-0800

Sunday : 0000-0800

Shift 2 :

27.5 hours with opportunity for more.

Monday : Off

Security Officer :

• Inspecting and patrolling premises regularly.
• Monitoring surveillance cameras and reporting suspicious behavior.
• Communicating with law enforcement, fire departments, and emergency medical personnel.
• Monitoring public access and ensuring the security of all personnel and visitors.
• Responding to alarms and analyzing security footage.
• Investigating suspicious behavior, incidents, and security breaches.
• Maintaining an activity log and preparing surveillance reports.
• Adhering to company policies and legal regulations.

CPR / First Aid certified (strongly preferred)

Ability to stand for an extended period of time.
