Digital Solutions Engineer

Description

To support the sales team by creating and customizing product demonstrations that showcase the value and functionality of solutions to prospective clients. This role focuses primarily on demonstrations and value proposition to our customer base.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a specialist in leading functional discoveries and demonstrations to our customer base.
• Develop and configure product demos based on client requirements provided by the sales team.
• Ensure demos are accurate, visually appealing, and aligned with solution capabilities.
• Maintain demo environments and update them with new features or releases.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to understand solution functionality and client needs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in demo environments.
• Document demo processes and maintain a library of reusable demo assets.
