At Class Valuation we are dedicated to creating efficient transparent processes and pushing towards one-day appraisals. We leverage real relationships and real-time data to power credible loans delivering consistent and accurate values our clients can trust.
Responsibilities:
- Complete market value residential property appraisals (traditional hybrid desktops).
- Ensure compliance with USPAP guidelines and federal/state laws.
- Manage data collection verification and analysis.
- Collaborate in a team environment to meet production and service goals.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain high ethical standards.
- Stay proactive with status updates and communication.
- Participate in training and virtual conference calls as required
Qualifications:
- Certified Residential or General Appraiser in good standing.
- FHA Approved appraiser preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of residential real estate appraisal experience.
- Ability to make independent decisions with minimal guidance.
- Strong knowledge of local market factors and properties.
- Consistently meet performance indicators and maintain open communication with management support teams.
