A bit about the work at hand :

• Establish your business plan with Vice President of Operations
• Business acumen and accuracy in budgeting, forecasting, expense, revenue and payroll management
• Proven track record managing fitness sales department and / or Personal training sales department in large fitness center
• Skilled at talent management from recruiting to onboarding to training and peak performance retention
• Superior customer service excellence delivery and conflict resolution with clients, staff and colleagues
• Keen eye to inspect fitness center for ongoing safety, cleanliness and functionality of all equipment, scheduling of Safe Starts and Healthy Start appointments with accuracy in health history records
• Effective at meeting deadlines and adapting schedule to meet ever changing operational demands
• Experience implementing annual marketing plan and upholding integrity of the brand
• Build and develop working relationships with local corporate accounts and community and civic groups
• Highly ambitious, honest and results driven possessing tactful and impactful communications
• Personal conviction that embraces fitness as an integral part of the relationship between good health and a positive lifestyle

The ideal preparation for the work :

A Bachelor's degree or its equivalent in Health & Fitness, Exercise Science, Business Management or related field, preferred. 3 or more years of supervisory / personnel management including expertise in fitness membership sales leadership. Proven track record of developing and effectively implementing sales strategies, business plans, forecast and budgets with a clear understanding of the bottom-line approach to performance. CPR, First Aid Certified. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and web-based platforms.

Compensation : $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
