Position: Sales Representative (Entry Level)
We’re looking for motivated and confident individuals to join our sales team. As a full-time Sales Representative, you’ll receive product and sales training, learn how to deliver professional in-home presentations, and help clients find the best flooring solutions for their needs.

Responsibilities
• Meet with qualified leads provided by the company
• Present and demonstrate our floor coating solutions
• Achieve a sales success rate above 40%
• Participate in weekly training sessions and meetings

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Self-motivated, ambitious, and reliable

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

• Availability to work Mon–Fri: 9 AM–7 PM, Sat: 9 AM–3 PM
