Monday thru Friday 8am to 5pm

$19hr to $24hr depending on experience.

Digital Wallet Company delivering trusted payment services, building enduring partnerships, and ensuring sustained growth through customer priority and innovation is looking for a Data Entry Clerk to join their team in Woodland Hills. Must be bilingual in Spanish and English.

Summary : The Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining critical data across internal systems. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Spanish and can effectively support both internal teams and customer-facing operations.

Responsibilities :

• Accurately enter, update, and verify data in company databases and systems.
• Review data for errors or inconsistencies and correct discrepancies as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity of sensitive financial and customer information.
• Generate basic reports and perform routine data audits.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
• Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish, as required.
• Adhere to company policies, compliance standards, and operational procedures.
