The Opportunity

We're seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible OB / GYN Hospitalist to join our team in a dedicated nocturnal role. This is a unique opportunity to provide high-impact care during overnight hours — managing labor, deliveries, and emergent OB / GYN consults — while enjoying a flexible schedule and a supportive clinical environment.

Whether you're an experienced hospitalist or a generalist looking to transition into a more focused, shift-based model, this role offers autonomy, stability, and lifestyle balance.

What You'll Do

• Provide overnight hospitalist coverage (e.g., 7 PM – 7 AM or similar)
• Manage laboring patients, perform deliveries (including C-sections), and respond to OB / GYN emergencies
• Collaborate with anesthesiology, neonatology, nursing, and on-call providers
• Ensure seamless handoffs and maintain clear, timely documentation
• Uphold safety, quality, and compliance standards in all aspects of care
