Job Description
SUMMARY
The Learning Systems Officer is the architect of the enterprise learning systems and will be responsible for ensuring all Learning Management Systems (LMS) are integrated and fit within the overall strategy of the enterprise. This will include maintaining quality control over the content added to the LMS and working with internal stakeholders to train, coach, and support their efforts to deliver learning to their teams and the greater enterprise. Additionally, the Learning Systems Officer will identify gaps in systems, as well as learning delivery, and partner with outside vendors to onboard new systems as necessary for the success of the enterprise. The Learning Systems Officer will provide learning data to leaders within the enterprise upon request and will work to create and maintain learning dashboards to make learning data more accessible and easily digestible. This role will report to the Director of Learning and Development.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS)
Build and maintain all Learning Management System architecture, ensuring proper integration between Learning Management Systems as well as HRIS system.
Support partnerships with LMS users, specifically those within the organization who train, load content, and need reporting.
Oversee implementation and maintenance of training/learning survey systems, regularly updating survey questions or topics as needed for relevancy.
Partner with our Analytics team to establish data flows and create user-friendly dashboards for leaders.
Partner with L&D Director and other stakeholders, to identify learning needs and action plan accordingly.
Manage L&D vendor relationships, acting as primary liaison for the organization.
Work with partners in HR to support HRIS needs, as necessary.
Lead the design, maintenance, and analysis of course evaluations grounded in the Kirkpatrick Model, ensuring insights are accurately captured and incorporated into learning dashboards and enterprise metrics.
Facilitate learning experiences on an as-needed basis—including instructor-led (in-person and virtual) and eLearning sessions—to support team-wide delivery of high-quality learning.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE
Bachelors’ degree in related field to technology, management, learning and development.
Minimum of Five (5) years’ experience in learning management systems, systems management, leadership, learning and development, or instructional design.
PREFERRED EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE
Two years’ experience with Workday Learning Management
Workday Pro Certification in Learning and/or HCM Reporting
