Office Manager

We're seeking someone who is a rare high achiever to fill a key leadership role at a water / fire damage restoration company. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for hiring, managing, training, and motivating the Office team. You will manage the Franchise office team to perform all accounting functions, oversee administrative activities, and ensure customer satisfaction. You will serve as the in-house expert on QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, Xactimate, and proprietary software. In addition, you will ensure all job files are properly audited and contain all required documentation.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Manage Receptionist Dispatcher
  • Manage Job File Coordinator
  • Manage Accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash management
  • Ensure employment files and records accuracy
  • Oversee performance management and documentation

Position Requirements

  • 5+ years of office, accounting, or customer service management experience in Servpro
  • Experience in building a strong team with tangible leadership skills
  • Solid organization and planning capabilities, strong attention to detail
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills include proper pronunciation, grammar and a consistently courteous and professional tone of voice at all times.
  • Very self-motivated and goal-oriented with ability to multi-task
  • Proficient with Xactimate estimating software
  • Able to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
  • Possess polite, confident, team player skills including listening and questioning skills
  • Ability to remain calm and professional during tense or stressful situations
  • High school diploma / GED; Associate degree or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • IICRC certified is a plus
