We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Account Representative--with strong account management capabilities and print industry knowledge preferred--to join our Jersey City team.
The ideal candidate brings 4--5 years of customer service and client account management experience, ideally within print, manufacturing, or a related industry. This role requires a polished communicator who can manage complex client needs, support sales, and ensure seamless coordination with production.

Job Summary
Under general direction, the Customer Service Account Representative serves as a key liaison between customers, sales, and manufacturing. This role requires a proactive, solutions?oriented professional who can manage client accounts with the sophistication of an Account Manager--advising on product availability, pricing, scheduling, and issue resolution while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
