Job Description

Specimen Processing Manager - Lewisville, TX, Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM, with rotational weekends

Pay range : $66,800+ per year

Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.

Oversee Specimen Processing, Imaging, Cytology Processing and Tech Ops, may also oversee some or all of the following : Referral Testing, TestInQuestion, and Histology Processing. Responsible for overseeingthefollowing activities : training of all personnel, all daily operations of related departments,Ensureall Compliance Policies are followed, low error rate, and productivity within company standards. Ensure maintenance of a safe, ergonomically sound, professional environment.

Required WorkExperience :

Minimum of 8 years laboratory experience with at least 4 years of direct supervisory experience in the clinical or anatomical pathology laboratory.

Preferred Work Experience :

Medical or production background preferred
