Job Overview
- Perform highly detailed assembly, filling, and packaging work
- Set up and operate Masterflex equipment to dispense accurate fill volumes using established guidelines
- Complete extensive paper-based GMP documentation
- Perform filling and packaging of reagents
- Apply basic math skills for measurements and documentation
- Lift up to lbs
- Stand for extended periods and rotate between tasks throughout the shift

Perform setup operations for assembly, packaging, and prep in compliance with QSR and approved documentationConduct line clearance, housekeeping, and preventative maintenanceAssemble, inspect, test, repair, and package products per instructionsAssist Engineering and Maintenance teams with troubleshooting and repairsComplete and maintain accurate production and equipment documentationPerform equipment cleaning, routine maintenance, and minor repairsDispose of hazardous waste per safety proceduresSupport continuous improvement initiatives (S, OEE)Assist with new equipment installation and validationParticipate in quality investigations and root cause analysisCollaborate with Engineering, QC, Maintenance, and Management teamsMaintain professional behavior and comply with company policiesPerform additional duties as assignedMinimum Qualifications
High school diploma or GED– years of related manufacturing experienceBasic verbal and written communication skillsAbility to troubleshoot established processesExperience working in a quality-system-regulated environment Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of FDA, ISO, OSHA regulations
Basic understanding of manufacturing systems and documentation
