Accounting Clerk - Law Firm

Location : Phoenix, AZ

Pay : $29-$31 per hour

Schedule : Full-time | Onsite

Experience : 1-2 years law firm accounting required

About the Role :

A reputable Phoenix law firm is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to support daily financial operations, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Billing, and Collections . This is an excellent opportunity for someone with law firm experience who is ready to grow in a fast-paced, professional environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Process Accounts Payable : invoice entry, coding, approvals, and payment runs
• Manage Accounts Receivable : posting payments, tracking outstanding balances, and reconciling accounts
• Handle client billing , including time entries, prebills, adjustments, and final invoice preparation
• Conduct collections outreach , communicate professionally with clients, and follow up on overdue accounts
• Perform daily cash posting and reconciliation
• Maintain accurate financial records and assist with month-end processes
• Collaborate with attorneys, staff, and clients to ensure accurate and timely financial transactions

Qualifications :

Pay Details : $29.00 to $31.00 per hour
