Our team of clinicians work with consumers to coordinate engagement in their care to ensure proper management of medical and psychosocial needs.

We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused Remote Chat Agent to join our dynamic Customer Support team. This full-time, hourly position involves delivering exceptional service by addressing customer inquiries and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner. As a Chat Agent, you will play a vital role in maintaining customer satisfaction and serving as the first point of contact for a wide variety of issues, all while working remotely.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries through live chat in English.
• Resolve customer issues by identifying solutions and escalating matters when necessary.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and update system logs accurately.
• Collaborate with internal teams to share valuable customer feedback and insights.
• Meet established performance metrics and targets, such as response time and customer satisfaction scores.
• Stay up to date with product or service knowledge to offer accurate assistance.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

Qualifications

The pay range for this role is :

70,000 - 80,000 USD per year(Remote (Saint Paul, Minnesota, US))
