Quality Engineer - CMM Programming

About Our Client

Our client is a is a contract manufacturer specializing in precision drawn metal stampings-notably metal cases for bonded piston, wheelbearing, shaft, and lip seals-primarily for the sealing industry across automotive, industrial, and agricultural sectors. They are known for their commitment to qualit and ling-standing customer relationships. This position will focus on CMM programming, GD&T, assisting in PPAPs and audits.

Job Description

• CMM Programming
• Assisitng in the PPAP process
• Experience with measuring equipment
• Lead Corrective Actions throught Root Cause Analysis methods
• Reading and interpreting blueprints
• Help with IATF 16949 Internal Audits

The Successful Applicant

• 3+ years of experience in a quality manufacturing setting
• CMM Programming experience with Mitutoyo Machines
• Background with automotive manufacturing and the standards assocaited
• Experience with leading or assiting with internal audits
• Strong experience with PPAPs
• Strong Root Cause and Corrective Action experience.
• GD&T Experience
• No sponsorship is provided
• 50-56 hour work weeks
