Engineering Manager

A company is looking for a Manager Engineering to lead software development teams in improving healthcare insurance outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement long-term software architecture strategies aligned with company objectives

Manage staff performance, including coaching, mentoring, and professional development

Ensure compliance with HIPAA standards and manage IT decisions within the area of responsibility

Required Qualifications

BS in Computer Science or equivalent

2+ years of development experience with Java Springboot and / or Python

5 years of experience leading development projects using object-oriented languages and team management

7+ years of experience in IT industry business operations and software development

Preference for 3+ years of experience in an agile environment, particularly with SAFe
