Analyst, Strategic Program Management

divh2Role Summary / h2pAs part of the Global Operations Strategy and Optimization team, this role drives training and development initiatives across the organization by managing vendor relationships, coordinating programs, and supporting employee engagement through committee work and events. / ph3Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To / h3ulliPartner with Global Operations leadership to support strategic employee experience programs / liliAssist with planning and delivering strategic projects for internal partners / liliOwn the quality, accuracy, and overall management of training and development repository and curated catalog for Global Operations / liliSupport the implementation of an employee change management framework for the Global Operations organization.
