Responsibilities
Generate qualified sales leads, securing new business and supporting current customers.
Prospecting via telemarketing and email.
Utilize CRM for customer management, activity, and follow-up.
Attending marketing activities such as trade shows and customer events.
Willingness to make 30+ calls per day.
Willingness to learn the products we sell and AEC industry.
Ability to work in a fast-past environment with many overlapping priorities.
Ability to come up with solutions, sometimes with little guidance.
Cultivate long-term relationships with customers
Clearly articulate and demonstrate our value proposition, creating excitement and enthusiasm among prospects
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
1-5 years’ experience in sales, preferably in Architecture, Engineering or Construction industry.
Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
Team oriented
Positive attitude
Attention to detail
Strong work ethic, competitive, self-starter, high energy and results orientated.
History of achieving personal and professional goals
Base Pay (Salary Employee generally min to target)
Expected Base Pay Range $58,000 to $70,000 Annualized
In addition to base pay, compensation for this position includes eligibility for certain Sales Incentives / Commissions.
The base pay range included is a projected hiring range for a position, level and potential work location(s) listed. Topcon provides the compensation range that it in good faith believes it might pay and / or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full-time schedule.
