Cyber Security Technician

A company is looking for a Cyber Security Technician II.

Key Responsibilities

Manage cyber tools by learning their operation and executing advanced procedures

Support clients in integrating with the platform and assist in the onboarding process

Monitor clients' cyber tools and respond to potential issues using established processes

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a cybersecurity environment, preferred 3 years

Proven ability to comprehend and execute documented processes

Experience troubleshooting and resolving moderately complex technical issues

Phone support experience is preferred
