Position Purpose :

The Operations Associate supervises the drivers and warehouse operations team guiding and training personnel for efficient product distribution and inventory control.
Travel Requirements :
The Operations Associate in the Heritage is required to travel occasionally to regional branches and vendor locations to oversee operations and ensure compliance with company standards.
Physical Requirements :
The Operations Associate position within the Heritage entails certain physical requirements typical of an office and warehouse environment which must be met by the successful candidate with or without reasonable accommodation. The role involves frequently remaining in a stationary position occasionally moving about the warehouse to access inventory and conduct supervision. Minimum Education :
A high school diploma or equivalent is required for consideration; however a bachelors degree in Business Administration Logistics Supply Chain Management or a related field is preferred.

Minimum Years Of Work Experience :
Minimum of two years of professional experience in a supervisory or assistant management capacity within a warehouse environment preferably within the pool or a comparable industry is required.

The base salary for this position typically falls within the range of $19.00 to $23.89 per hour. Starting wage may vary based on a number of factors including but not limited to the position being offered location education training and / or experience. SRS Distribution offers additional competitive and non-financial benefits. Hourly associates may be eligible for overtime based on business needs. Depending on the role associates may also be eligible for performance-based bonus programs commissions car allowance or automobile and fuel program and reimbursement for travel expenses in accordance with company travel policy.
