Duration :   5 months, possible to extend / convert

Pay Rate :   $35-39 / hr

Openings : 2

Training :   Sun-Wed | 07 : 30 to 18 : 00  OR  Wed-Sat | 07 : 30 to 18 : 00

Shift :   Days, Mon-Tues, Thurs, Fri | 07 : 30 to 18 : 00  OR  Nights, Mon-Tues, Thurs, Fri | 18 : 30-05 : 00

Must Haves

Minimum of 1 year in an Environmental & (EHS) related field or bachelor’s degree in related field

Knowledge of OSHA regulations specifically 29 CFR 1910

Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel in a professional capacity

Day-to-Day

• Identify and inform management of compliance issues, risks, and improvement opportunities through the conduct of , weekly, and monthly audits
• Facilitate investigation process
• Maintain required paperwork to comply with Amazon and regulations
• Enter Information in internal database in a timely manner
• Perform observations & audits
• Train and assist others (Area Managers, team members, etc.) to complete their responsibilities (Audits, Follow Rules, etc.)
• Perform specific training as required by the Manager
• May have additional responsibility for fire prevention, hazardous waste management, or other related activities depending on the business unit and location
• Participate in process improvement activities and manage actions to completion

Company Description

Our client is in need of an Inpatient Rehabilitation Medical Coder. As an IRF Coder you will be responsible for coding and applying ICD-10-CM and PCS codes as applicable to code medical records for a large rehabilitation hospital in Florida. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to reviewing data from the medical record to determine or confirm codes, perform analysis of physician documentation, and provide feedback for improvement, collaborate with internal and external resources to obtain additional documentation to support the services provided, documentation and codes billed. This position is starting anywhere from $25 to $37 per hour.
