Key Responsibilities

• Serve as clinician-of-the-day for patient emergencies as scheduled
• Conduct psychosocial assessments and gather patient history through interviews
• Identify actual and potential behavioral health diagnoses and patient needs
• Plan and implement appropriate patient care plans based on clinical findings
• Collaborate with primary care providers, psychiatrists, and dependency programs
• Maintain timely, thorough, and accurate patient documentation
