We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Repair Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electronics, a passion for vintage and modern music equipment, and a strong organizational sense.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • Test and clean incoming trade-in and warranty equipment in a timely manner
  • Execute routine service like battery replacement and factory resets.
  • Replace simple components such as displays, broken potentiometers, jacks, or keys / switches.
  • Organize and maintain a detailed parts-needed list for ongoing repairs.

WHAT TO BRING

  • Familiarity with vintage and new music equipment
  • Experience with basic electronic repair, soldering, and troubleshooting, preferably with audio or music technology equipment.
  • Proficiency with Google Sheets / Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain an organized parts inventory and service workflow.
