JOB SUMMARY
The University of Connecticut Sports Performance Department is seeking applications and nominations for the full-time position of Director of Football Strength and Conditioning.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities will include : the development and administration of the strength / conditioning program for the UConn football team; strict compliance with NCAA regulations and any applicable athletic conferences; assistance with practice and game-day duties including pre-game / practice warm-ups; collaboration with Athletic Training staff as to the monitoring and rehabilitation of student-athletes with injuries; and assistance with communication of strength program organization to prospective student-athletes and parents.
