IT Database Specialist-Bilingual Preferred

Large development and manufacturing company in Camarillo is looking for a Bilingual English / Spanish IT Database Specialist. The IT Database Specialist will be responsible for maintaining, modifying, and improving the organization's production databases and labeling systems. You will also migrate systems from legacy platforms to newer platforms, such as Office 365 and MariaDB.

Schedule : 7 : 30 a.m. – 4 : 30 p.m.

Pay : $26.00–$31.00 / hr (DOE)

IT Support Specialist –

Provide helpdesk support to all staff

Troubleshoot Microsoft 365 applications and systems

Configure and maintain Windows 10 / 11 devices

Install, upgrade, replace computer hardware components

Manage networked devices, printers, and VOIP

Diagnose and resolve VPN client issues

Document support activities and solutions clearly

Assist with onboarding / offboarding IT processes

Support factory machine computers, legacy systems

Collaborate with senior IT administrators IT Support Specialist – Bilingual Spanish Requirements :

High school diploma or GED required

2+ years Microsoft 365 support

2+ years computer hardware troubleshooting

1+ year TCP / IP configuration experience

1+ year Windows 10 / 11 support

Proficient with smartphones, iOS and Android

Strong documentation and communication skills

Fluent in English and Spanish bilingual

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Clear professional communication with all users Preferred Qualifications for IT Support Specialist

Associate or bachelor’s in IT field

Knowledge of backup and recovery tools

Familiarity with PowerShell, Python scripting

IT certifications (MCDST, MS-900, SC-300)

Avaya VOIP deployment experience preferred
