Kronos Business Analyst

A company is looking for a Kronos Business Analyst (Oracle Business Analyst).

Key Responsibilities

Troubleshoot production issues and provide user support, while developing plans for problem resolution

Analyze requirements and design solutions for system enhancements and fixes, managing projects related to Kronos and HRMS

Ensure quality assurance standards are applied throughout the software development life-cycle and assist in user acceptance testing

Required Qualifications

Master's degree in computer science, a related field, or a clinical field with four years of relevant experience; or Bachelor's degree with six years of experience; or Associate's degree with seven years of experience; or eight years of relevant experience

Experience as a Human Resources business analyst with Oracle and Kronos in an academic medical center or related organization

Experience in providing quality assurance and testing support in a software development environment

Strong functional understanding of Oracle and Kronos applications

Ability to develop detailed user requirements and execute test scenarios for software enhancements
