Manager, Application Care Team (ACT)
The Manager, Application Care Team (ACT) is responsible for overseeing the onboarding process for pended applications, with a focus on maximizing account activations and reducing onboarding friction for our merchants and our sales partners. Additionally, they are highly focused on measuring pend metrics and departmental performance to drive accountability both within their own team as well as the departments they work most closely with.
Job Functions
Oversee Application Care Team, ensuring they are meeting objectives regarding productivity and KPI's (queue metrics, onboarding SLA's, portfolio review scores, etc.) Cultivate in-depth relationships with our sales partners to provide streamlined onboarding and client support experiences, while educating them on ways to anticipate and / or resolve pended applications more efficiently Strategically measure and analyze pend metrics and departmental performance to spotlight areas where we may introduce process improvements either through education / training, policy changes and / or technology Partner with FA Manager, Credit to promote a culture of frictionless onboarding, optimizing workflows to eliminate avoidable pends.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business related field, or HS Diploma / GED and 4 years of experience in a related field; 2 years of people management experience
Preferred Qualifications
4 years of merchant acquirer / payments processor experience, preferably with a focus supporting internal / external sales partners
Additional Basic Qualifications
Must be 18 years of age or older
