About MAP Finance

MAP (Member Access Platform) is one of Sam's Club's highest-growth businesses and a critical component of our membership value and digital ecosystem. The MAP Finance team partners closely with Product, Ops, Membership, Merchandising, and Digital to guide strategy with strong analytics, clear forecasting, and actionable insights. As Senior Manager, you'll help connect business performance to long-term outcomes, enabling MAP to scale responsibly and profitably.

What You'll Do...

Lead core financial planning processes, including monthly / quarterly forecasts, annual plans, long-range models, and scenario analyses.

Provide strategic financial guidance to MAP leadership on performance trends, priorities, and resource allocation.

Transform performance data into insights by enhancing dashboards, KPIs, and decision frameworks in partnership with Ops and Product.

Support emerging ad products and strategic initiatives with analytical rigor, opportunity sizing, and measurement insights.

Improve cross-functional processes to enhance alignment, reduce friction, and accelerate decision-making.

What You'll Bring...

Minimum Qualifications...

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field and 4 years' experience in accounting, finance, or related area OR 6 years' experience in accounting, finance, or related area. 1 year's experience leading and completing cross-functional projects. 1 year's supervisory experience.

Analyzing data and interpreting results, Microsoft Office, Working in a large, complex, matrixed organization Masters : Business Administration
