Employment Attorney

Lamson Dugan & Murray LLP is seeking an Employment Attorney to join the Firm’s growing litigation practice in our Omaha office.

About the Position/Key Responsibilities:

This position will handle a variety of cases including, professional negligence defense, insurance disputes, personal injury, and many other areas. The ideal candidate should have:

• An ideal candidate would have 3-5 years of experience working in employment law.
• Experience in legal research and writing, drafting contracts, negotiating settlements, representing clients in court and ensuring compliance with labor laws.

Candidates with less experience will be considered depending on qualifications.
