Senior Product Manager, RCM

A company is looking for a Senior Product Manager, Revenue Cycle & Billing.

Key Responsibilities

Own and execute the RCM product roadmap, focusing on workflows and system integration

Drive strategy for billing and payment solutions, ensuring accuracy and compliance

Collaborate with Design and Engineering to create intuitive patient interfaces and conduct user research

Required Qualifications

5+ years of Product Management experience, with 3+ years in Revenue Cycle Management or healthcare finance

Expertise in full-cycle RCM workflows, including insurance capture and patient billing

Proficiency with analytics tools and familiarity with SQL for data analysis

Strong technical acumen, with experience working with engineering teams on APIs and data structures

Familiarity with HIPAA and healthcare compliance regulations related to financial data
