Job Title : Assistant Project Manager

Location : Lake Mary, Florida

Employment Type : Full Time

Base Salary : $90,000 – $115,000 (Based off experience)

About the Role

We are hiring an Assistant Project Manager to support field and office operations on a major ground-up multifamily development in Lake Mary. You will support the PM, organize documentation, manage submittals, RFIs, closeout items, reporting, and keep project information moving. This is NOT an entry-level or office admin role, you need real APM experience on active construction projects.

Must Have Experience

You should have :

• Assistant Project Manager experience on multifamily or similar large construction projects (We will review adjacent experience (student housing, senior living, large condo, hospitality, etc.) if you can show similar project scale and complexity in Florida or comparable markets.)
• Experience working in Florida (required)
• Confidence supporting PMs, supers, subcontractors, inspectors, and design teams
• Strong coordination, scheduling, documentation, and reporting experience
• Experience managing submittals, RFIs, logs, and closeout documentation
• Experience with Procore or similar software
• Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and communication
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 preferred
