How you'll contribute
- Assist patients with performing activities of daily living
- Provide or assist with providing patient care, diagnostic procedures and therapeutic interventions
- Observe and record patient behavior and activities
- Report on changes in physical, mental, or emotional condition to nursing staff
- Suggest modifications to treatment plan as needed

High school diploma or equivalent requiredMinimum of 1 year of behavioral health experience preferredBLS and CPI required (classes offered during orientation if you do not have it)CNA license preferredEEOC Statement
