POSITION SPECIFICATIONS
:
- Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communications or related field required; Post-graduate degree in Marketing preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in investment marketing, corporate communications, or marketing communications/strategy required
- Knowledge of the investment management business, asset classes and product structure required; experience with ETFs and the Registered Investment Advisor channel preferred
- Project management experience required
- Strong knowledge of marketing campaigns and how to use such programs to sell products and enhance brand required
MAJOR DUTIES:
- Lead the creation and revision of annual marketing plans for the sale of ETFs, focusing efforts on new product launches and driving asset growth with Registered Investment Advisors
- Coordinate the development and implementation of strategies, programs and tactics for various clients and sales channels
- Evaluate existing marketing programs and recommend changes for improvement. Participate in the development of new programs and ideas
- In collaboration with Sales Management and Product Management, prioritize marketing deliverables
- Ensure that marketing and channel distribution priorities and initiatives are in sync
- Implement channel campaigns to expand market share and pursue growth targets
- Participate in development of marketing campaigns with the intent of creating leads and acquiring customers
- Work closely with all aspects of the business to gather product and channel insights to inform decision making
- Work closely with product and corporate marketing teams to support brand and content development
- Participate in development and utilization of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and assess marketing programs for specific clients based on KPIs. Generate new ideas for client optimization
- Participate in development of profitable marketing plans based on industry trends and competitor activities
- Stay current on market trends, industry standards and competitors
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Understand and manage changing and differing priorities depending on how they impact channel marketing.

- 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (overtime as required)

The annual base salary range for the position is $70,680 - $130,760. In determining salary multiple factors will be taken into consideration such as primary work location, experience, education and skill set.
