Job Title : Material Handler & Assembler

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Material handler & assembler who will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient flow of materials within our department. This position involves organizing and handling materials, adhering to safety standards, and supporting assembly operations when needed.

Responsibilities

• Route materials from receiving to the proper areas within the department.
• Arrange stock for optimal efficiency and accessibility.
• Adhere to all safety rules and utilize pallet jacks and other material moving tools as necessary.
• Perform cycle counts of materials to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Load and deliver unit set carts as defined by a daily build plan.
• Follow basic Kanban principles.
• Perform various shipping / receiving, material handling, inventory control, finished goods, and storekeeping duties as assigned.
• Learn assembly tasks when not needed in material handling.

Work Environment

The work environment is located in Everett, WA, with a schedule from 7am to 4 : 30pm, Monday through Friday. The role involves physical activity, requiring standing and walking for extended periods and handling materials safely using appropriate tools.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Everett, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00 / hr.
