Emergency Medicine Technician

A recognized services organization in Arizona is actively seeking a new Emergency Medicine Technician to join their team in Phoenix, focusing on providing medical support and enhancing workplace health and safety.

About the Opportunity:

• Shift: Overrnight
• Schedule: Friday to Monday
• Hours: 6pm to 4:30am (40 hours per week)
• Setting: Workplace Health & Safety

Responsibilities:

• Providing first aid support and referring to medical providers as necessary
• Minimizing employee risk of injury through proactive engagement and education
• Maintaining care records for employees
• Coordinating workers' compensation and return to work programs
• Providing daily activity logs and shift reports
• Performing other duties, as needed

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma / GED
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Certification or relevant experience as an EMT, Paramedic, Military Medical Personnel, or Athletic Trainer
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail

Desired Skills:

• Certification to teach First Aid, CPR, and AED training
• Experience managing Musculoskeletal Disorders and Body Mechanics Coaching
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and Workers' Compensation
• Experience with Industrial Wellness programs
• Proficient in Digital Record keeping
