Youll be a key part of our finance team partnering with the Accounting Manager and Program Directors to help manage grants track expenses and keep our financial records accurate and on point. This isnt just accounting its purpose-driven accounting.

What Youll Be Doing :

• Reconcile accounts and help close the books each month and year
• Prepare billing files for grants and make sure everythings in compliance
• Assist with program and contract budgets
• Handle journal entries and perform grant financial analysis
• Process timesheets and payroll liabilities
• Maintain payroll records and support staff with payroll questions
• Stay on top of reporting recordkeeping and policy compliance
• Work independently AND as part of a supportive team
• Keep things professional accurate and confidential
