Program Manager

A company is looking for a Program Manager to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects in data center construction.

Key Responsibilities

Drive efficient delivery of the Data Center Portfolio through engagement in commercial agreements and cost alignment

Collaborate with partner teams and engineering groups to manage capital expenditure programs

Lead initiatives for continuous improvement of cost management and support project control implementation

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Industrial Engineering, or related field

5 years of experience in data center construction, focusing on cost management and project controls

5 years of experience with multinational technical construction programs / projects

Experience in cost management, planning, estimation, and project procurement

Preferred : 7 years of experience in data center construction
