Senior Data Science Leader

Join our dynamic enterprise data science team as a Senior Data Science Leader, where you'll harness cutting-edge technologies and GenAI capabilities to create impactful customer solutions. You will lead diverse projects, from large-scale multi-team initiatives to innovative individual research, engaging with various business areas such as Claims, Product, Risk Management, and Contact Centers.

Your role will involve crafting holistic solutions that effectively integrate new concepts (like Agentic AI) into production systems, partner with third-party vendors, and contribute to the broader data science community through academic partnerships and presentations. We are looking for innovative thinkers who stay informed about current industry trends and advancements.

The position offers a competitive compensation range of $128,000.00 - $216,000.00, with relocation support for eligible candidates. Please note this role is not eligible for sponsorship.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead contributions in data science across multiple projects, from corporate initiatives and vendor engagements to collaborations with academic institutions.
• Engage with business stakeholders to identify challenges and explore opportunities through advanced data science techniques.
• Define and oversee the scope of projects; coordinate the work of data scientists and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Manage the deployment and integration of AI models, ensuring they meet operational needs.
• Research and apply emerging AI technologies, with a focus on Generative AI, prompt engineering, and enhancing our infrastructure.

Qualifications :

This position requires up to 10% travel and involves primarily sitting or standing work. Selected candidates will need to complete background checks and sign a non-disclosure agreement. The role supports a flexible work environment, requiring a minimum of 10 office days per month at one of the following locations : Madison, WI 53783; Boston, MA 02110; Denver, CO 80112; Eden Prairie, MN 55343; Keene, NH 03431; St. Joseph, MO 64507; Phoenix, AZ 85034.
