Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency with office software and point of sale systems. A keen eye for detail in a passion for fashion and eyewear. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekend and holidays. Positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. Are you organized, detail, oriented, and passion about our fashion? Market Square optical, a distinguished I wear boutique and Cambridge, mass, is looking for a dedicated sales technician to join our dynamic team.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Greet and assist customers in selecting eyewear that meets their needs and style preferences.
- Process sales transactions, accurately, and efficiently.
- Maintain the boutiques appearance, ensuring it is a clean, organized, and inviting.
- Inventory management, including ordering, stocking, and keeping accurate records.
- Provide exceptional, customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
- Assistant, marketing, and promotional activities, sales and customer engagement.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and business goals.
