Maintain Finance Charge Log Assist with audit, Credit & Key Account functions, and projects that may arise within the Finance Group Enter SharePoint Claims for Key Account deductions Issue discount Sales Credit Memos (SCM) into BC Run weekly aging report Month end reporting Responsible for issuing month end customer statements Manage Master Data Log Assist Credit Department to maintain updates Credit Applications / Credit Forms / Exempt Certificates / Cannabis Licenses Prepare Risk Analysis for credit limit increase / decrease review Bi-weekly meetings with Manager to review challenges, the progress of disputes and updates on customer account issues Attend Training Webinars KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES :
