A company is looking for a Director of Partnerships, who will focus on strategic partnership development and team leadership in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
Source, structure, and close partnership agreements, while building a scalable team to do the same
Lead the approach to technology partnerships, ensuring effective integration and relationship management
Design and scale channel programs that generate revenue and maintain healthy partner relationships
Required Qualifications
5+ years in partnerships, business development, or channel roles, with leadership experience
Proven track record of personally closing deals and managing the full partnership process
Experience in building or scaling reseller, referral, or VAR programs
Familiarity with technology integration partnerships, including ISVs and APIs
SaaS background, particularly in HCM, payroll, or benefits, is preferred
