Job Responsibilities

• Create Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess your patients' requirements and craft personalized therapy schedules that help them reach their functional milestones

• Engage with Multidisciplinary Teams: Collaborate seamlessly with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, medical professionals, and nurses to deliver comprehensive, holistic patient care
• Educate Patients and Families: Teach patients and their caregivers essential therapy techniques to aid continual improvement at home
• Document and Analyze Progress: Monitor patient outcomes and fine-tune treatment strategies as necessary to ensure effective recovery

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Encouragement for ongoing education or specialized training

Licenses

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is a must
