Michigan Licensed Telehealth Nurse

A company is looking for a Registered Nurse - Telehealth Patient Assessment.

Key Responsibilities

Conducts patient assessments by phone to determine needs for incontinence supplies

Completes 20-25 assessments daily with a focus on accuracy and documentation of medical history

Identifies appropriate products and quantity needs based on assessments and obtains prior authorization as necessary

Required Qualifications

Current Registered Nursing License (RN) with the State of Michigan

2+ years of previous nursing experience

Proficiency in using multiple databases and computer systems

Knowledge of medical terminology

Experience with Medicare and Medicaid is preferred
