Key Responsibilities

Meet or exceed weekly metrics for interviews, offers, and acceptances

Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and manage candidates throughout the hiring process

Source candidates and promote job openings on social media to enhance visibility

Required Qualifications

2+ years of ABA recruiting experience for BT roles in a high-volume environment

Strong working knowledge of recruiting functions and ATS systems

Expertise in using technology and following standard operating procedures

Exceptional organizational and time-management skills

Good knowledge of G Suite and operating in an asynchronous environment
