[job_card.job_description]Proficient in manual and automated testing methodologies Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing lifecycle (STLC) Knowledge of QA tools and processes, including defect tracking tools like JIRA Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, TestNG, or Postman Knowledge of API testing Familiarity with version control systems like Git Knowledge of CI / CD pipelines and related tools like Jenkins Adaptability to changing project requirements and priorities Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on Pan-Baltic level Flexible working hours, remote work, and a possibility to work from anywhere in the EU, Iceland, Switzerland, and the UK (in total 90 days per year) International teams that go outside Pan-Baltic borders where people value challenging work together with good humor and having fun Additional weeks of vacation are available to all employees who have been in the company for 1 year or more Additional days off for volunteering purposes 30 fully paid calendar days for military training every year A competitive benefits package in addition to your salary that includes health insurance after the first 3 months pass in all three Baltic states as well as health days in case of your absence due to sickness without a doctor's note needed Access to tools and resources that help to feel good and be productive at work and in life Internal and external training programs, workshops, conferences, online training, etc. Special offers & pricing for products and services provided by Luminor Gross salary : 3,380-5,610 EUR / month, which is to be determined depending on your level of experience and competencies

Quality Assurance Engineer ensures the delivery of high-quality software by designing and implementing comprehensive testing processes. This role involves collaborating with development teams, identifying and resolving defects, and maintaining automation frameworks to support efficient testing cycles. With a focus on quality and attention to detail, the QA Engineer plays a vital role in ensuring the reliability, functionality, and performance of software products.
What You Will Do :
- Develop, implement, and execute test plans and test cases
- Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies
- Collaborate with development and product teams to understand requirements and ensure quality standards
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing
- Automate repetitive test cases and maintain automation frameworks
- Review and analyze system specifications to identify testing requirements
- Ensure compliance with project timelines and deliverables
- Participate in the design, development, and implementation of continuous testing solutions
- Assist in deploying software updates to production environments and provide ongoing support to identify and resolve issues post-deployment
- Take responsibility in professional self-development and contribute to own and team performance improvement by constructive feedback and relevant suggestions
