A company is looking for a Payroll Coordinator to support payroll operations across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and support end-to-end payroll cycles by validating inputs and maintaining payroll files
Audit employee data across payroll and HR systems to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies
Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve payroll-impacting issues
Required Qualifications
At least 1 year of hands-on payroll experience
Working knowledge of multi-state payroll and basic payroll tax requirements
Proficiency with Excel and / or Google Sheets
Experience with ADP or similar payroll systems is a plus
Exposure to international payroll is a plus
