A company is looking for a Manager, HR Technology Platforms to oversee the technical execution and management of HR technology systems.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the Workday engineering lifecycle, including configuration, automation, and integrations
Manage legacy HR technology applications and oversee their decommissioning
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system performance and compliance
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in HRIS or IT application delivery, preferably with Workday
Proven ability to lead system enhancements and automation
Strong understanding of enterprise systems architecture and HR data models
Experience working with cross-functional teams, including HR and IT
Familiarity with agile methodologies is preferred
